Terms and Conditions of Loyalty Program
MySothysFaubourg
The MySothysFaubourg loyalty program aims to reward the loyalty of the Sothys Institute’s customers, 128 rue du Faubourg Saint Honoré in Paris (75008), who have agreed to provide their e-mail address when they visit the Sothys Institute.
The subscription to MySothysFaubourg loyalty program allows the customer to accumulate loyalty points*, and/or to benefit a discount for the purchase of a privilege treatment subscription**.
MySothysFaubourg allows the customer to:
- • Accumulate loyalty points* for the purchase of products at the Sothys Institute:
The customer can collect loyalty points when purchasing products at the Sothys Institute shop, located at 128 rue du Faubourg Saint Honoré in Paris (75008).
- • Earn loyalty points* for your first treatment booking at the Sothys Institute:
When making a first reservation for a treatment at the Sothys Institute, the customer will receive 150 loyalty points on their loyalty account, i.e. 15€ to be used for future purchases at the Sothys Institute.
The first booking can be made either directly at the Sothys Institute or on the online booking site of the Sothys Institute : here , in which case, loyalty points will appear in the “customer account” space.
- • Receive a discount when you purchase a privilege treatment subscription** at Sothys Institute:
For the purchase of a privilege treatment subscription** at the Sothys Institute, the customer will receive a 20% discount on the total amount of the subscription.
In the event that one of the treatments included in the privilege treatment subscription** is reimbursed by the Sothys Institute, the amount of the discount from which the customer benefited will be deducted from the amount of the reimbursement.
* Loyalty points: 1€ spent is equal to 1 loyalty point accumulated, and 10 loyalty points accumulated have a value of 1€.
Example: For a purchase of 100€ of products at the Sothys Institute: the customer accumulates 100 points, i.e. 10€ to be used on its next purchases at the Sothys Institute.
The value of the loyalty points accumulated can be applied, totally or partially at the customer’s discretion, to future purchases of product(s) and/or treatment(s) made directly at the Sothys Institute.
These loyalty points have no expiry date and can be used on the next purchase.
Loyalty points cannot be used to make purchases or reservations on the website institutsothys.paris
The loyalty account is nominative and cannot be used by a third party.
Any return of a product and/or cancellation of a treatment at the Sothys Institute resulting in a refund to the customer will result in the cancellation of the points that have been accumulated for this purchase or reservation.
** The privilege treatment subscription: This subscription consists of a single purchase of five (5) treatments offered by the Sothys Institute, it being specified that these treatments must be of equivalent duration and value. The purchase of this subscription can only be made at the Sothys Institute and not on the website.
