MySothysFaubourg"},"content":{"rendered":"\t\t<div data-elementor-type=\"wp-page\" data-elementor-id=\"4630\" class=\"elementor elementor-4630 elementor-4611\" data-elementor-post-type=\"page\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-8858b6a elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default parallax_section_no qode_elementor_container_no\" data-id=\"8858b6a\" data-element_type=\"section\" data-e-type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-3c76f7b\" data-id=\"3c76f7b\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-024c131 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"024c131\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>Terms and Conditions of Loyalty Program<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>MySothysFaubourg<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>The <strong>MySothysFaubourg<\/strong> loyalty program aims to reward the loyalty of the Sothys Institute\u2019s customers, 128 rue du Faubourg Saint Honor\u00e9 in Paris (75008), who have agreed to provide their e-mail address when they visit the Sothys Institute.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>The subscription to <strong>MySothysFaubourg<\/strong> loyalty program allows the customer to accumulate loyalty points<strong>*<\/strong>, and\/or to benefit a discount for the purchase of a privilege treatment subscription<strong>**<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>MySothysFaubourg<\/strong> allows the customer to:<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u2022 <strong><u>Accumulate<\/u><\/strong> <strong><u>loyalty points* for the purchase of products at the Sothys Institute<\/u><\/strong>:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The customer can collect loyalty points when purchasing products at the Sothys Institute shop, located at 128 rue du Faubourg Saint Honor\u00e9 in Paris (75008). <\/p>\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><u>\u2022 Earn loyalty points* for your first treatment booking at the Sothys Institute:<\/u><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>When making a first reservation for a treatment at the Sothys Institute, the customer will receive 150 loyalty points on their loyalty account, i.e. 15\u20ac to be used for future purchases at the Sothys Institute.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>The first booking can be made either directly at the Sothys Institute or on the online booking site of the Sothys Institute : <a href=\"https:\/\/book.pure-informatique.com\/Categories.php?locationID=49883&amp;sid=fsn9n62sl7ep18rovcs41c4lqu\">here<\/a> , in which case, loyalty points will appear in the &#8220;customer account&#8221; space.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><u>\u2022 Receive a discount when you purchase a privilege treatment subscription** at Sothys Institute:<\/u><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>For the purchase of a privilege treatment subscription** at the Sothys Institute, the customer will receive a 20% discount on the total amount of the subscription.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>In the event that one of the treatments included in the privilege treatment subscription** is reimbursed by the Sothys Institute, the amount of the discount from which the customer benefited will be deducted from the amount of the reimbursement.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>*<\/strong> <strong><em><u>Loyalty points<\/u>:<\/em><\/strong> 1\u20ac spent is equal to 1 loyalty point accumulated, and 10 loyalty points accumulated have a value of 1\u20ac.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Example:<\/em><\/strong> <em><u>For a purchase of 100\u20ac of products at the Sothys Institute:<\/u><\/em> the customer accumulates 100 points, i.e. 10\u20ac to be used on its next purchases at the Sothys Institute.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>The value of the loyalty points accumulated can be applied, totally or partially at the customer&#8217;s discretion, to future purchases of product(s) and\/or treatment(s) made directly at the Sothys Institute.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>These loyalty points have no expiry date and can be used on the next purchase.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>Loyalty points <u>cannot be used<\/u> to make purchases or reservations on the website <a href=\"https:\/\/www.institutsothys.paris\/en\/\">institutsothys.paris<\/a><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>The loyalty account is nominative and cannot be used by a third party.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>Any return of a product and\/or cancellation of a treatment at the Sothys Institute resulting in a refund to the customer will result in the cancellation of the points that have been accumulated for this purchase or reservation.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>** <em>The <u>privilege treatment subscription<\/u><\/em><\/strong>: This subscription consists of a single purchase of five (5) treatments offered by the Sothys Institute, it being specified that these treatments must be of equivalent duration <strong><u>and<\/u><\/strong> value.
